Hand positions 手的位置

「手」在芭蕾舞中是擔當重要角色，能做出很多優美的線條及感覺。
圖左是basic hand position，是我們一般的手部位置，例如1st position, 2nd position等。
圖右是Allongé，意思是「伸展」，多用於arabesque, port de bras等等。
Attitudes
Attitudes意思是單腳抬起時微曲膝，這個姿勢可追溯到1800年，由米蘭的著名舞蹈家及老師從Jean de Boulogne的雕像'Mercury' 中得到靈感，加入芭蕾舞的動作之中。
圖左為Attitude devant，單腳向前抬起微曲，圖右為Attitude derrière，單腳向後抬起微曲。
Pas de chat 貓跳
Pas de chat又被稱為貓跳，是一個travel動作，當跳起時，跳起時雙腳抬起，動作就像貓跳起時的姿態。
動作示範 (圖由左至右)
1. 首先，手在3rd position，腳站好5th position，右腳在後。
2. 雙腳蹲開，右腳抬起。
3. 右腳抬起後，左腳亦跟隨抬起，雙腳在空中時呈曲膝姿態，記緊是要travel去右邊。
4. 右腳先落地，隨後左腳落地時，要站好5th position，並保持plie後才讓雙腳企直。
